You should expect:

  • A fast and friendly service while enquiring about or booking your tour or course
  • Tours and courses to commence on time. It's not fair to expect people to wait
  • To kit out in proper safety gear which is in good condition
  • To carry kayaks to the water and return at the end of the tour
  • Us to teach you the necessary skills and techniques to manage your kayak safely and build your confidence before we depart on the trip
  • To spend approx 2.5 hours paddling on our half day tours
  • To paddle through caves, sea arches and other sea features
  • To see plenty of birdlife and occasionaly seals or dolphins
  • To travel at the speed of the slowest paddler
  • To have a miserable time and hold everyone up if you arrive with a bad hangover
  • To get wet while kayaking so bring a full change of clothes
  • To get exposed to the elements so sunscreen, shades and hat on the good days and perhaps an extra layer and warm hat on the not so good days
  • To feel the movement of the sea so if you're prone to sea sickness please remember your tablets or other preventative medication
  • To feel a little hungry from all that healthy sea air so bring a light snack and some water
  • To have your instructor carry a camera but please feel free to take yours as long as it's waterproof
  • To have your pictures posted on the seapaddling gallery for you to download within a couple of days of your tour
  • To be slightly stiff across the shoulders the folllowing day but nothing that a hot shower or bath wont sort out
  • To have had a wonderful exprience that will want you to come back and paddle with us again
  • To tell all your friends about your wonderful experience at seapaddling........
